Over time, that curiosity grew into hands-on experience designing systems, building infrastructure, and creating practical solutions that actually make life easier.

What really pushed me toward serving other businesses was seeing how many small businesses struggle—not because they lack passion or skill, but because technology feels overwhelming, expensive, or impersonal. Too often, support comes from a ticketing system, a sales pitch, or someone who never really learns the business behind the screen. Someone who's never really more than a nameless voice on a phone. I wanted to do things differently.
